PLEEEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

PLEEEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!
If I could give minus 10 stars I would!
I’ll start by saying I was very polite throughout this whole experience so I know the girl was not being unhelpful because I was rude or had a bad attitude.
I placed an order for $535 on this website.
I checked the company return policy first as I do with any online stores that I plan to shop on. The return policy below is copy and pasted from the Nili Lotan Website.

International Returns
All items that are not FINAL SALE can be returned. To process a return please use this link: (I had originally posted this link in my review but Trust Pilot said they were unable to post a review containing a link so I had to remove it)

Once you actually receive your order there is a letter inside your package that says:
‘All International Orders are considered FINAL SALE and are therefore NON - RETURNABLE.
I contacted the company and said that was very misleading as this is not stated ANYWHERE on their website and that I would never have made the purchase in the first place if I was unable to return it if I needed to. They then emailed me back a link that supposedly i could use to return my order. The link was the same link as the one under there ‘International Returns’ section. When I tried to follow this link, as well as the link on the website it would not work! Who would have guessed!
The above link only works until you get to the part that is supposed to let you DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR SHIPPING DOCUMENTS!!! Then nothing happens, I tried several times.
And of course without the correct shipping documents they WILL NOT accept your return!
So I emailed the girl, ALLIE ALBERT once again and she emailed me what was supposed to be a shipping label to use for DHL Pickup. I use DHL at least twice a week so I already knew that the paperwork she sent me was wrong and was not going to work. I phoned DHL anyway and as expected was told they could not pick up the order without the correct paperwork. I emailed the company once again, this time sending images (which I keep as proof each time I use DHL as it has the Waybill tracking number etc) of the paperwork needed in order to be able to use DHL. Now they won’t even acknowledge or return my emails. I do all of my shopping online and have only had this problem with NILI LOTAN and CETTIRE. Don’t use Cettire either, they are equally as bad, they WILL NOT REFUND your money, even though you have DHL statement of proof of delivery for your return that was signed for by one of the companies staff members! I thankfully got my money back through my bank for that! Unfortunately I can’t do the same with Nili Lotan as I am unable to return it!!
I can’t even try to return my Nili Lotan order as they WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT THE CORRECT SHIPPING LABEL ‘WHICH THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU!’
I am beyond furious! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!! The girl I was dealing withs name is ALLIE ALBERT - Nili Lotan Client Services. I have always liked Nili Lotan clothing and have a number of their pieces but after this I will NEVER by another item of Nili Lotan again!!
